Leadership Coaching Circle

The Leadership Coaching Circle offers leaders a place to step into their authentic best as leaders and develop their capacity to get the best from others. It's an invitation-only group coaching experience with like-minded professionals from various sectors and industries and is designed for those who learn best in community with others. Participants of the Leadership Coaching Circle report becoming more aware of their strengths, developing the capacity to be less reactive during stressful situations, and learning new ways to have influence with others.

The program begins with a one-on-one foundation session where we clarify core values and set individual learning outcomes for your program. This session provides you with a new sense of what drives you and how your values may be over or underutilized in your leadership. Next your circle of six to eight leaders meets biweekly for a minimum of three months.  The topics and outcomes of the sessions vary based on the individuals in the group, but here is sample of what previous participants reported that they achieved through the Leadership Coaching Circle:

  • Clear sense of my unique leadership brand;
  • Greater capacity to bring my authentic self to each interaction;
  • New understanding of what motivates me and others;
  • New tools and ways of thinking to navigate difficult situations;
  • Stronger sense of purpose in my work and life.

We accept only eight participants into each Circle to ensure a confidential and candid learning environment.  Homework is assigned between sessions to deepen and sustain what is learned. These mutually agreed upon assignments are based on each leader’s priorities and learning outcomes.
