Presencing Leadership is a personal retreat designed to give you the space to identify who you are at your best and what gets in the way of bringing that to your work. We will work together to uncover limiting beliefs and patterns that get in the way, define a vision for your work and life, and identify your signature presence as a leader. You will also walk away with new understanding of change theory and specific practices to continue to hone a strong authentic presence and bring your vision into reality.
Presencing Leadership is less about tools and techniques and more about building intrapersonal and interpersonal competency through greater access to your own presence, authenticity, creativity, and empathy. This retreat is a holistic (mind-body-heart) approach to leadership. Using concepts from mindfulness, neuroscience, the enneagram, systems theory and emotional intelligence, Nina will partner with you to hone and operate from your best and sustain change and a creative leadership mindset. This retreat is about presencing the strengths and wisdom that are already have and helping you access them more easily on your own.
