The leaders who shape culture most aren't usually at the top of the org chart. They're the VPs, directors, and managers accountable for culture, performance, and people development — often without enough support. We work with those leaders and their teams to build real capacity: the kind that shows up under pressure, when accountability matters most.
You want your teams to stop:
Avoiding difficult conversations
Working in silos
Pointing fingers and shifting responsibility
Focusing on individual performance
Unconsciously excluding other
And you want your team to start:
Leaning into a shared sense of purpose
Collaborating more often and more easily
Maximizing individual and collective strengths
Fostering inclusive team practices
Taking shared accountability for results
Each engagement is tailored to carefully align with both cultural values and desired outcomes. We usually begin with individual team interviews to begin to get to know the team and better understand the current culture. Our engagements range from 3 virtual 2-hour sessions to an in-person offsite followed by several 90-minute virtual sessions over a six-month period.
Here’s what you can anticipate:
More Engaged Team Meetings: Gain a deeper understanding of group dynamics, clarify roles, and work towards shared objectives with positivity and respect.
Improved Conflict Management Skills: Get better at expressing viewpoints effectively and address disagreements constructively.
Consistent Feedback and Reflection Practices: Foster self-awareness and learning through feedback on strengths and areas for growth.
Goal Setting & Accountability: Define clear, achievable outcomes aligned with the team's mission and create clear commitments for mutual accountability.
Greater Synergy and Collaboration: Through active participation and open dialogue, team members will experience greater flow and actions that emerge from shared purpose.
Continuous Improvement: Our coaching process is ongoing, with regular check-ins so that your team puts new agreements and habits into practice.
If some or all of this resonates with you, let’s take the next step and have a live conversation.
