Jeff is a facilitator with 30+ years of experience in the coaching world. He works with clients to manage change, discover cutting-edge solutions, bring humanity to work, and create sustainable workplaces.

Additionally, he leads the Co-Active Training Institute’s (CTI) Leadership Program, working with executives and other professionals to ignite their inherent strengths and create mutual, powerful alliances.

Prior to coaching and training, Jeff studied Asian culture and language for years throughout East and Southeast Asia.

Jeaneen is an Executive Coach who guides individual leaders and their teams to transform and grow from the inside out to thrive in all ways. She is skilled as a consultant and team facilitator in conscious communication, self-awareness, and all facets of relationship systems coaching. Jen Martin is a coach and consultant working with leaders and teams to navigate change creatively. She has coached and trained thousands of people across industries and sectors, including Fortune 50 companies, start-ups, nonprofits, and government agencies. Jen began her career in public relations in Chicago working with large companies and transitioned to nonprofit and foundation leadership before launching her own consulting and coaching business. Jen has a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington. She is an ICF-certified leadership coach and a certified trainer of Insights Discovery® and The Leadership Circle.

Stephanie is a thought-parter and pragmatic solutions provider for NSC and her attention to details is instrumental to a positive and effective client experience.
