Conflict Coaching

Leadership is no longer a solo act. It’s essential to partner well with others and even share leadership.

We support peers whose working relationship is under stress with a conflict that isn’t resolving on its own. Through conflict coaching, we help clarify what’s most important, set new agreements, and develop the skills to work through difficult conversations now and in the future. Teams typically come out of this work able to:
