What We Offer
Our leadership and team development programs support leaders and teams in creating the shifts needed to thrive under pressure. We use well-tested tools and methods that give each leader time to explore, practice and apply what they learn. We offer a mix of customized and off-the-shelf programs designed for both in person and remote experiences. The outcomes are more resilient and effective leadership.

Coaching is a powerful skill set for developing others. It’s also an effective way to build stronger teams. In this course participants learn the distinctions between coaching and managing. We cover key coaching skills such as listening and powerful questions.

People act on their assessments of your trustworthiness, not yours. Your best intentions can’t change their opinion. In this workshop, participants will learn the four factors of trustworthiness and how to build trust sustainably and ethically. Leaders walk away with a relationship action plan for building trust with two key stakeholders.

One of the primary contributions of leaders is to cultivate and move towards a vision for the work and the team. This is done both by what you communicate and by being a role model of the vision you hold. In this workshop, leaders learn to communicate a compelling vision and ways to establish shared vision.

Participants gain increased comfort with emotions to better self manage and navigate difficult conversations. They will have more confidence in asserting their point of view and practice a high stakes conversation that matters to them. Finally, each leader will practice listening for alignment during disagreement.
